Just got this email from Lee Cole, thought I would share:
Got something to tell you that we’ve been keeping “on the DL”, if you know what I mean.Over the last couple of months, we’ve been coaching a small group of offline business builders.

Basically, what we’ve done is take a bunch of guys and gals who had a desire to build a real offline business and help them put the pieces together.

Yeah, we know we’re like proud parents, but the results have been pretty amazing.

AJ and I have identified a few obstacles that everyone seems to run into when building an offline business. Specifically…

You have to know the following:

1. What to Sell

2. How Much to Charge, and How to Charge

3. How to Actually Do the Work–Or Outsource It

4. And…Most Importantly…How to Find Clients!

If you have those four questions answered, you can get an offline business up and running in 60 days or less. 

If you don’t have those questions answered, you might as well move on to something else!

Capiche?

The answers to these questions, though, are not obvious unless you’re actually in the business.

Here’s what I mean!

What to Sell?

The “gurus” are constantly pitching you the “flavor of the day” when it comes to what to sell.

Mobile, SMS, Reputation Management, Etc!

But, no one tells you how to structure what you sell into lead offers and upsells, what to offer as a lead offer and why, and what to upsell and how!

We’re gonna tell you that!

How Much to Charge!

On this forum alone, we’ve seen WSO‘s that suggested everything from $10 to $1000 plus for basic SEO work. No wonder everyone’s confused.

Once you learn what to sell, we’re going to also tell you what to charge…and it’s going to be way more than you would have thought possible! AND! We’re going to tell you how to charge so that you build up residual income…which is the holy grail of any business!

How to Actually Do the Work–Or Outsource It

For God’s sake, outsource! If you don’t you’re not building a business, you’re just creating another JOB!

But most folks are very confused about outsourcing.

No longer!

You can also build a business with mass post card mailings…But again, here’s the problems with this…

1. You’ll need at least $1000 cash to get this rolling.

2. Just like cold calling, it’s going to take months before you have a real business up and running.


Mass emailing?Same story!

Craigslist emailing?

Same story!

You’re basically going to a knife fight with a spoon!

Wow, this is one amaing plugin – and one that is useful
for basically ANY WordPress site.  It is WPMU compatible
according to the developer. If you haven’t heard about it,
you need to check it out today! This will be WSO of the Day.
